Opportunity Description:

The purpose of this RFP is to procure a landscape Contractor to provide landscaping services for EPCOR’s HJB Service Center Facility. A small design portion will be included as part of the Work. The landscape Contractor will be named Prime Contractor (for the space noted on the drawings) and will be responsible for all Work up to and including deficiency and warranty work following substantial performance.
