OVERVIEW - SCOPE OF WORK:

The purpose of this Tender is to invite submissions from professional,
qualified and experienced Contractors to renovate and enhance the CN subway
structure and associated spaces surrounding the structure. The CN subway
structure is located at Main Street and Foundry Street.

The objective of this renovation project is to enhance the aesthetics of
the CN subway structure by painting the structure, adding signage, updating
existing lighting for safety and visual interest, adding plant material,
replacing the existing railings under the structure, and extending a new
surface treatment for the sidewalks below the structure.

The complete tender package for Tender #TCS18-056 is comprised of the
following:
