Existing Beaverhill Pioneer Lodge Building Demolition and Landscape Repair 

Remove all hazardous material from site including but not limited to: gypsum wall board to textured ceilings, gypsum wall board to walls, all flooring materials unless noted otherwise on the drawings, all insulation located in wall cavities, all doors, door frames and hardware unless noted otherwise on drawings, all millwork items unless noted otherwise on drawings, all mechanical plumbing fixtures and piping unless noted otherwise on the drawings, all HVAC equipment including all ducting and all electrical fixtures, life safety devices and associated wiring unless noted otherwise on the drawings. Upon completion of the demolition the land will be leveled and returned to landscaped grounds.
