Opportunity Description:

The City of Calgary (The City) is issuing this RFSO for retaining up to seven (7) qualified consulting firms to act as the coordinating professional of record aand to provide all-in-one landscape architectural and related consulting services for various City projects. 

The consulting team shall consist of key project team members with disciplines as described in the Projected Requirements (Appendix B). The key project team will have the ability to include additional professional disciplines as required to meet specific project needs. The key project team shall be led by a Registered Landscape Architect with current membership in the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA) and with applicable permits to practise in the Province of Alberta. 

Consulting services include: project management; conceptual and design development, detailed design services; provision of graphic displays, illustrations and artistic renderings; coordination of required investigation/studies and regulatory approvals; participate as subject matter experts in stakeholder dialogues; construction documentation and tender preparation; construction administration and post construction services.
