About the Position
As a Playground Designer & Sales Support Coordinator at Parkcraft, you’ll play a key role in developing playground
designs while ensuring smooth sales operations. This dual-role position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and
organization, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both artistic and structured workflows. In this role, you will:
Playground Design (50%)
• Develop and refine playground designs using AutoCAD, InDesign, and proprietary playground design software.
• Create inclusive and engaging play spaces that meet CSA compliance, Annex H, and accessibility standards.
• Produce high-quality visuals, drawings, and layouts for proposals and presentations.
• Maintain and update the design library with innovative and inspiring elements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and cutting-edge play features.
Sales Support (50%)
• Assist with quoting, order tracking, and proposal development.
• Collaborate on RFPs, presentations, and sales documents to support internal teams.
• Manage part orders, ensuring seamless communication between sales and project teams.
• Maintain a structured design and proposal resource database.
• Provide limited client interaction, primarily in support of internal teams, but may engage with clients to clarify design
details or assist the sales team in presenting solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and design collateral.
What You Bring
Experience Level
Mid-level preferred, but junior or senior candidates will be considered.
Software Proficiency
Required: AutoCAD 2D, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Excel.
Preferred: Photoshop, Illustrator, familiarity with CRM systems & Project management
systems.
Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with playground standards, materials, and construction processes.
Tech Savvy
Comfortable using CRM systems and project management tools.
