After graduation, what was the first position you had? How did that shape where you are now as a Landscape Architect?
Intern landscape architect as Stantec. Met amazing people and learned a lot!
What are some of your roles and responsibilities?
Project team meetings, client meetings, proposal development, concept design development, mentoring, etc, etc.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Yell at my children to get out of bed, hurry them out the door to school/daycare, make my coffee, head to the office and work with my amazing team!
What skills do you feel are important to have as a Landscape Architect?
Empathy, communication, ambition, and willingness to always be learning.
