What is something that surprised you at the start of your career? or What is something that surprises you about being a Landscape Architectural Technologist?

Something that surprises me about being an LAT is that every day is different and everything I do I continue to find interesting and engaging.

What skills do you feel are important to have as a Landscape Architectural Technologist?

I feel it is important to be personable and to have good time management, problem solving, and organizational skills.

What are you passionate about as a Landscape Architectural Technologist?

I love taking ideas and making them a reality. Creating a space in which everyone can enjoy.

Tell us about some of the exciting projects you have been a part of.

A project I really enjoyed being a part of was Lakehsore Drive, Sylvan Lake, AB. It was two (2) kilometers of lakefront/streetscape re-development and a park celebrating the town's 100th birthday.

What are your future goals?

To continue to refine my technical skills and expand my construction knowledge.
