Opportunity Description:

The intent of this Request for Tender is to obtain a formal offer from the Bidder (the “Tender”) to: 

Construct an accessible viewpoint at Strathcona Island Park including removal and disposal of existing shale surfacing; removal of existing Site Furnishings; trail regrading; supply and installation of limestone trail and trail surfacing; design, supply and installation of concrete piles for a powder coated steel railing; delivery and installation of an Owner-Supplied powder coated steel railing; supply and installation of handicap parking signs, handicap stall pavement markings; supply and installation of site furnishings including concrete picnic tables, fire pit and waste receptacle; and landscape rehabilitation. 


A site meeting has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. local time on September 18, 2018 at the Parks and Recreation Boardroom, 88 Kipling Street S.E., Medicine Hat, Alberta.
