Project Description: | Improvement of granular trails to address erosion in Nose Hill Park and Bowmont Park. Activities include but are not limited to tread maintenance, vegetation management, drainage installation and erosion control measure installation. Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty. This procurement process is intended to create a formal legally binding bidding process and will not be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. |
