Opportunity Description:

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites proponents to submit proposals for Rehabilitation Projects Open Order Agreement. 

This Open Order is to provide Consulting Services for Rehabilitation Projects, which may include, but not limited to mill and overlay, collector road rehabilitation, collector road reconstruction, arterial road rehabilitation, and arterial road reconstruction. 

Services may also include: preparation of preliminary roadway drawings and reports; completion of preliminary cost and quantity estimates; preparation of preliminary drainage plans and reports; completion of runoff calculations, pipe sizing, manhole and catch basin designs; utility reviews and coordination efforts; attendance of site reviews and meetings; meetings with stakeholders and the public; the review or undertaking of preliminary surveys; landscape design; barrier assessments and design; preparation of detailed design drawings and reports; preparation of tender plans; preparation of construction plans; and preparation of record drawings;. The schedule for projects is ad-hoc with typically quick turnaround completions required.
