SCOPE OF WORK:

The City of Moncton wishes to engage the services of a professional,
qualified and experienced Landscape Contractor to furnish all required
labour, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals to upgrade an existing
park located at 39 Sands Drive, in Moncton, New Brunswick, as detailed in
Appendix A - General and Technical Specifications.

The project includes but is not limited to:

- Demolition and removal of existing playground equipment and furniture,
removal of trees and shrubs.

- Fill, grading and shaping sub-grade;

- Supply and installation of new play equipment.

- Installation of new safety zone edging and sand;

- Installation of new pad mounted site furniture including bicycle racks
and benches on cast-in-place concrete pads;

- Supply and installation of park sign posts;

- Construction of new pathways;

- Supply and installation of new shade shelter;

- Installation of new topsoil, planting material and mulch

This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain
