Project Description:

The scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: .1 Implementation of protective environmental, erosion, and sediment control measures. .2 Removal and disposal of existing asphalt roadway, excavation of existing road structure to proposed subgrade .3 Supply and installation of stormwater and sanitary pipes, catch basins, manholes, and outfalls. .4 Supply and installation of concrete roadworks including sidewalks, curbs, and gutter. .5 Supply and installation of asphalt roadworks including sub grade, sub base, base, asphalt, and line markings. .6 Supply, installation, and removal of temporary resident access road. .7 Supply and installation of underground electrical conduit .8 Landscape rehabilitation of site including loaming, seeding, and maintenance. .9 All other civil works related to the completion of the project.
