Project Description:

This RFP is Open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the submission deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: C7000300 Landscape Construction Naturalization of a total of five (5) sites in accordance with the Technical Specifications. Project sites are located in or adjacent to environmentally sensitive natural areas, adjacent to bodies of water and on steep and uneven terrain; therefore requiring tactful execution. Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty. This procurement process is intended to create a formal legally binding bidding process and will not be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
